The problem is that what you are asking for is probably illegal. If you bought the computer second hand, you are definitely entitled to a recovery disk if one normally ships with it - however, somebody else likely can't give you a copy of theirs without breaking their own licensing agreement.
I recommend you contact the manufacturer, tell them you bought it second hand and it didn't have the disk, and ask if they can provide you one (likely at a nominal cost).
