DESCRIPTION of RemoteShutdown
Remotely shut down, Restart computer workstations and servers. Optionally to display broadcast message to console users and specify length of time that dialogue stays on screen before restart or shut down continues.
Some other nice stuff found at
http://www.matcode.com such as command line WOL utility (You'll need the MAC address) to wake the computer should you shut it down inadvertently.
