My present hard drive has errors. It blue screened me some months ago from which I recovered with recent back ups. I have bought and installed a new larger drive, I also have O&O disc image to copy a bootable image of my old drive to the new without the bad sectors. My plan is to create said bootable copy, go into my bios and tell it to boot from my new volume "D" as opposed to "C". I was going to keep the old drive going till it fails for non essential stuff which doesn't really matter. Any tips before I take the plunge?
